- What does Lifetime mean?
- One payment of $149. You get unlimited keepers and everything in Pro for as long as Cardabrate runs. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
- I'm on Pro. Can I switch to Lifetime?
- Yes. Choose Lifetime on your billing page. Your plan changes straight away, your Pro subscription stops at the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be billed for Pro again.
- Can I cancel Pro anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
- What happens when I reach my keeper limit?
- Everyone you already keep stays exactly where they are. Free holds 25 keepers and Pro holds 250; to add more you'll be asked to move up. We never charge you without your say-so.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. We offer a 14-day unconditional refund guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
- How does billing work?
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. You can pay with any major credit or debit card, and you'll receive an emailed receipt for every charge.
